Since our inception in 1981, we have developed in the West an extensive network of partner companies in all trades of the building. Some have been with us since the beginning. We are very strict on the construction contract that binds us to partner companies : verification of payment of national insurance contributions, insurance supervision of the company, including the 10-years guarantee, etc.. Similarly, even if we use more traditional materials, we also consider more innovative materials when engineering controls and expert opinion solicited are satisfactory.
In direct contact with these companies, the clerk of work does not simply perform a visual or aesthetic inspection. He ensures effective control of technical quality of the concrete, laths, slates or tiles, etc ... he is not only satisfied that the foundation concrete is unfrozen, he will also verify that it is not wet. He will ensure that the certificate of wood treatment has been given and that the installation of frame elements corresponds to the standards of wind in the region. In the West, we are the only ones to show this degree of requirement and this will contribute to your satisfaction. |
