Marcel Thireau created the company "Maisons Socoren" in 1981, after serving important functions in two leading companies in the construction industry.

Born in Angers, the company is now present in Laval, Le Mans, Nantes (St Herblain), Saint-Nazaire, Vannes, Angers, Cholet, Alençon, Falaise, Cesson (Rennes), Fougères, Villedieu-les-Poêles.

Each year, the company builds over 600 houses throughout the West.
It has shown since its inception, a strong and steady development, occupying one of the top ten in the French market.
