By our contract, you also get many guarantees.

Before the building :

• Guaranteed repayment of deposit received before the building starts.

During the building :

• Builder's liability insurance.
• The guarantee of delivery at the price and within the timescale agreed.
• Both guarantees : repayment of deposit received and satisfactory completion are delivered by an insurance company.

At the acceptance of work :

• D.P.E. (Document de Performance Energétique : a thermal study is carried out in accordance with the thermal regulation 2005 (confirm the index of energy consumption).
• The certification of wood treatment for all departments.
• A statement of the treatment against termites implemented for the departments concerned 35-44-49-56 and 72.

After completion :

• The first year : Satisfactory completion guarantee.
• Until the end of the second year : Fit-for-purpose guarantee.
• Until the 10th year : The 10-year warranty (Decennial) covers all and any important damage.
