By choosing Maisons SOCOREN to build your personal house, you have only one representative from our first contact to delivery of the house.

A contract to build a house is signed between the customer and the house-builder.

Framed by strict regulations, the contract gives you strong assurances throughout the project. a briefing note is attached. The construction contract is more comprehensive and secure than a contract with a project manager or an architect.
It provides you with a comprehensive insurance for the building.

With this contract, you receive the plans of the house, the detailed work to be performed by the house-builder, and if applicable, a document that identifies and quantifies the work you are planning to ensure the responsability yourself.

At this stage, with Maisons Socoren, you know very precisely :

• The overall cost of the work. This price can not be amended except by mutual agreement between you and us,
• Delivery time provided in the contract. Failing completion on schedule, late penalties must be paid,
• Payment deadlines that are based on a coded scale. Funds are payable only at the progress of the work.
